The Queen’s Beast Series debuted in 2016 with three primary bullion options. The Uncirculated coins introduced by the Royal Mint that year included 1 oz gold, 1/4 oz gold, and 2 oz silver. In 2017, the Royal Mint expanded the Uncirculated series to include two additional options. Those included the 10 oz silver coin and the 1 oz platinum coins.

As the final release of the series, the White Greyhound of Richmond concludes the 10-coin Queen’s Beast Series. Each one of the heraldic beasts featured in the series comes with a fresh design from Jody Clark, the man responsible for not only all of the designs in the Queen’s Beast Series but also the current fifth-generation bust of the Queen on British coins.

On the obverse side of the 2021 2 oz British Silver Queen’s Beast White Greyhound Coin is a depiction of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty is depicted at the age of 89 in the obverse design with the right-profile portrait showcasing the George IV State Diadem Crown, earrings, and the Victorian coronation necklace on her figure.

The reverse face of 2021 British Silver Queen’s Beast White Greyhound Coins includes the White Greyhound of Richmond with the Tudor seal. The White Greyhound has been associated with the Honor of Richmond since the 14th century and became part of the official badge of the Earl of Richmond when Edmund Tudor was created the 1st Earl of Richmond. Edmund’s only son, Henry Tudor, became King Henry VII at the conclusion of the Wars of the Roses and used the White Greyhound as a supporter in his standards and badges throughout his reign.

These 2021 2 oz British Silver Queen’s Beast White Greyhound Coins are available to purchase in Uncirculated condition. The coins come individually inside of plastic flips, in multiples of 10 with a tube, and in multiples of 200 with Monster Boxes. Each box has 20 tubes of 10 coins.
